Oh the pumpkin plant… I have it in one of those half wine barrel (read: very large) planters. I started out with 4 piles of pumpkin seedlings, then 3, and now this is just two plants. They look healthy! They’re blooming! They’re a joy in the garden! But still, no makings of an actual pumpkin.
Now I know, October is long gone. But it seems to get pumpkins around here, you gotta plant them off season. This is one of those gardening experiments where I’m just trying to dial it in.
And yet…
